Registered Nurse (RN) - Levine Cancer Infusion Clinic Abbey Place
About The Position
Atrium Health Infusion Center – Abbey Place is an outpatient infusion center located in Charlotte, NC. We care for the non-oncology ambulatory infusion patient population seeing various specialties including but not limited to rheumatology, neurology, and gastroenterology. We have 15 infusion chairs open Monday through Friday from 8 am - 5:30 pm. We are committed to providing a compassionate, patient-centered, and evidence-based infusion experience for our patients. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting (emergency, ICU, oncology or infusion) is preferred
