Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) -13 Weeks - Premium Pay - Day Shift
About The Position
This position supports our team on our child and adolescent units on a Temporary Assignment for 13 weeks on 12-hour day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for RN’s who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in Psychiatric Care without a long-term commitment. As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for our benefit programs. The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Investigation.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Associate's Degree) required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida required.
- Minimum of two (2) years' related experience required.
- Current BLS/CPR Certification required
- Must be available to attend the full hospital and departmental orientations
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.
