Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Telemetry
About The Position
MidState Medical Center is hiring Registered Nurses for its Telemetry Unit. MidState Medical Center is an acute-care community teaching hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, along with a wide variety of specialties. The hospital serves patients from birth through the end of life. Telemetry Unit Registered Nurses are supported in practicing at the top of their license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices. The hospital offers clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities through its Telemetry Unit Nurse Residency. Student nurses and recent graduate nurses are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Current Connecticut RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
- ASN.
- One year of recent acute-care RN experience preferred.
