About The Position
Community Surgery Center Hamilton has an opportunity for an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Noblesville, Indiana. The RN will be part of a professional care team, circulating and scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. The role collaborates with all members of the care team to provide exceptional care and compassion to patients and their families, and adheres to AORN guidelines and standards for perioperative nursing.
Requirements
- Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
- Ability to take direction while also working independently and remaining motivated.
- A high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
- Graduate of an NLN-, ACEN-, CCNE-, or NLN CNEA-accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- At least one year of experience circulating.
