About The Position

Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We currently have open overnight shifts caring for both pediatric and adult clients throughout the Phoenix metro.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Trach experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
