Registered Nurse (RN) 13 Week Assignment - Nights - $60/hr. | Rocky Mount Specialty
About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for a Registered Nurse (RN) working nights. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement, flexible scheduling, an employee bonus referral program, and supportive leadership. The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. This includes interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. The role may also involve performing other related duties as assigned or requested, including serving as a Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).
Requirements
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
