About The Position

As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the 24-bed unit, your care and treatment of these patients is an integral part of their Patient Experience. As a Registered Nurse, you would be caring for an adult telemetry and ortho patient population. You are encouraged to attend MLH Education & Development Classes that offer a variety of relevant courses, tools, and resources to help achieve your personal and professional goals. On-going feedback and career development are provided by your Manager through the use of performance appraisals and 1:1 communication to further develop yourself professionally. Become engaged by joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

RN Diploma, ASN required
PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
2-3 years of Recent RN telemetry experience required

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred
Ortho experience a plus
