Registered Nurse (RN)- Telemetry/Ortho
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the 38-bed Telemetry/Ortho unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to adult patients requiring telemetry and orthopedic services. This role offers opportunities for professional development, including pursuing certifications and advanced degrees through a Tuition Reimbursement Program, and engagement in hospital and system-wide committees, unit councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 1 year of recent RN experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- Telemetry experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Care and treatment of telemetry and ortho adult patient population.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team.
- Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
