Registered Nurse (RN) Team Leader - Special Care Nursery - 36 Hours Nights
About The Position
The Team Leader role is a leadership position in Patient Care Services. Directs and provides developmentally appropriate nursing care to patients. Demonstrates a commitment to and performs in accordance with the philosophy, established policies, procedures, and standards of the Nursing Division and the Hospital. Acts as a role model to staff members, promoting excellence in patient care. Is able to effectively manage team work concept. Remains flexible in response to changes. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure
- BCLS required
- ACLS required
- Vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment.
