This role requires skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management, specifically while caring for medical and post-surgical patients.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA) OR three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana (as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact - NLC).

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and performance.
  • Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act.
