Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Acute Care
About The Position
We are seeking talented RN Supervisors to join our teams at both of our facilities. This role is for individuals ready to lead, mentor, and elevate patient care in a supportive environment. The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department. This includes all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals of the unit. The Clinical Supervisor is a designated leader responsible for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care, while also promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor must maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population served. Service Excellence behavior is promoted at all times.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to mentor and lead teams
- Commitment to elevating patient care
- Understanding of fiscal responsibility and strategic goals
