How you’ll contribute Pulmonary MedSurg (A4) Unit at Highpoint Health is a 24-bed unit specializing in the care of patients with pulmonary diseases. In addition to pulmonary conditions, the unit provides exposure to a variety of other patient disease processes, offering a broad spectrum of medical-surgical care. Key Features Specialization: Focused on treating patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and other respiratory illnesses. Comprehensive Care: Provides high-quality care for a diverse array of medical conditions, enhancing the unit's expertise and patient care capabilities. Team Culture Collaborative Environment: A4 fosters a strong team-oriented culture where collaboration and support are integral to daily operations. Professional Growth: The unit offers an exceptional learning and teaching environment, benefiting both experienced nurses and new graduates. Requirements

• Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire

Nice To Haves

• ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Handle with Care preferred.
