Requirements
- 1+ Years of acute care hospital based nursing (RN) experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required or currently enrolled in a BSN program
- New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- ACLS must be attained within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for floating between various Nursing Units throughout the hospital based on need
- Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the patient population on the nursing unit
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.
