Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Transition Team
About The Position
We have immediate openings for Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing complex, high-quality care to infant and pediatric clients in their homes throughout Burlington County, NJ. This position requires experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care. As a member of our Pediatric Transition Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting clients as they transition to home-based care. This role requires flexibility to travel throughout Burlington County and provide care to different clients based on staffing and patient care needs.
Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse
- NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
- Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
Responsibilities
- Providing complex, high-quality care to infant and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Supporting clients as they transition to home-based care.
- Delivering exceptional clinical care.
- Traveling throughout Burlington County to provide care to different clients based on staffing and patient care needs.
- Working in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
