Registered Nurse - RN or LPN - Float
About The Position
Join Alliance Nursing as a Float RN or LPN and support our three Adult Family Homes while enjoying guaranteed hours, variety, and a calm, relationship-focused environment. This role offers stable hours, meaningful work, and a peaceful setting without hospital chaos. You will provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs, floating between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned. You will also be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed, collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors, and work within a team that values compassion, collaboration, and community.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover shifts as needed.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.
- Minimum requirement: 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.
- Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.
- Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.
