Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem
About The Position
St. Joseph Residence is seeking per diem Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate care in a 22-bed, dually licensed skilled nursing and long-term care home serving the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary. The residence is part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire and offers a small, family-like community where residents’ choices, needs, and dignity guide care. Exceptional nurse-to-resident ratios support personalized attention and relationship-building alongside a supportive team. Candidates must be available to work occasional weekends. Hourly base pay is based on experience: $35.00–$40.40 for RNs and $31.00–$36.40 for LPNs. Shift differentials are available: weekday second and third shifts receive an additional $2.00 per hour; weekend first shift receives $2.00 per hour; weekend second shift receives $3.00 per hour; and weekend third shift receives $3.50 per hour. The role offers flexible shifts and scheduling. Employees working more than 22.5 hours per week receive generous time off.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
- Must be available to work occasional weekends.
