About The Position

Symphony Care Network is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide concentrated, quality-driven care. Nurses are expected to demonstrate forward-thinking motivation, set and exceed standards in practice, and serve as role models of dedication while treating every patient with respect and kindness. The role is in Nursing Administration at Symphony Care Network and is available full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document according to facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions according to established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
