About The Position

Living Meadows is a non-profit corporation founded by 21 area Lutheran churches to provide care to area men and women. Luther Memorial Home was built in 1958 and the first resident was admitted in 1959. Throughout the years, Luther Memorial Home has expanded and remodeled to meet the growing needs of our residents and our community. Life Matters at Living Meadows. The Nursing Role: We’ve got an opening for a Nursing professional—either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)—to support our Care Community on days. You’d be scheduled weekdays and every other weekend, with the chance to pick up additional open shifts when available. Your day starts early in Madelia, MN—coffee optional, caring required. You’ll settle in for a steady days rhythm, connect with the crew, and keep your focus on residents first. Expect plenty of real-time teamwork, quick check-ins, and those small moments that make a Care Community feel like home. Since this is every other weekend, your schedule leaves room for life during the week—and if you’re up for it, you can grab extra time from open shifts when they pop up. It’s onsite, hands-on, and never boring—in the best way.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and a calm, caring approach
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with a team

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, timely resident care and nursing support
• Communicating clearly with residents, families, and teammates
• Documenting care accurately and following clinical standards
