Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
Pines of Sarasota is hiring a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional, compassionate care and support residents’ physical and emotional well-being. The nurse will use sound clinical judgment and collaborate with teammates, residents, and families to help ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The role is suited to nurses who value empathy, teamwork, and meaningful connections. Available shifts are 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM. RN pay is $36–$41 per hour and LPN pay is $31–$36 per hour, based on experience. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Employment eligibility is subject to a drug screen and a level two background screening.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid Florida RN or LPN license.
Nice To Haves
- Six or more months of nursing experience in long-term care is preferred.
