About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join a float pool team in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will provide patient care across multiple Med/Surg units, demonstrating flexibility, strong clinical skills, and adaptability.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
- EPIC EMR experience (Required)
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to float across units
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across Med/Surg units
- Perform assessments, care planning, and interventions
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Float to different units as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
