About The Position

This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in the Medical-Surgical department at Texas Health Rockwall. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, responding to patient needs, and creating a healing environment. Requirements

Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s degree in Nursing required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Med Surg experience preferred; Telemetry experience helpful
Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Telemetry experience helpful
