About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Keene, NH. This position involves coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years Med Surg experience
Willing to float to Thompson Unit if needed; Traveler will "float" to CUSTODIAL patients as needed (higher patient ratio, lower acuity)
EPIC experience
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Perm address of traveler must be included in profile
Active American Heart Association ACLS
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect are required
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
