Registered Nurse (RN) Manager - Adult Psych
About The Position
Lead and shape the daily operations of a 50-bed acute inpatient hospital for adults, overseeing high-quality, patient-centered care for people with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. Drive the implementation and ongoing evaluation of nursing practices across hospital units, support exceptional outcomes, and foster a collaborative team environment focused on patient recovery. The position is based within Coastal Harbor Health System, a provider of specialized behavioral healthcare serving patients across the lifespan. The nursing team uses a top-of-license model and includes RNs, LPNs, and Mental Health Technicians working collaboratively to provide safe, high-quality care. The hospital is located in Savannah, Georgia.
Requirements
- Current license to practice nursing in Georgia, or eligibility to receive or renew one.
- Three years of supervisory experience; inpatient experience is preferred.
- Three years of experience in mental health.
- Current CPI certification.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
