About The Position
Paramount Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 2-year-old pediatric patient in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and flexible environment. This position involves a 12-hour overnight shift from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active Florida LPN license or RN
- CPR certification (required)
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes
