About The Position

URGENT BACKFILL - Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D) needed for a temporary position. Must be able to start ASAP (pending compliance). The role requires proficiency and experience from patient check-in to pre/post-care to discharge. This is a critical access facility. The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress. The Speare OB Unit manages High-Risk pregnancy management, including Preterm Labor, High blood pressure, Diabetes, VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section), Prenatal testing, Amniocentesis, and Childbirth education classes.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / OB experience
• Fetal Monitoring Experience
• BLS (AHA), AWHONN, NRP - current and in hand at time of submission
• Work History
• Labor & Delivery skills checklist within past year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• Active AWHONN certification
• Active NRP certification
• License verification
• Permanent address must be included in submission file
• New Hampshire State License

• Previous travel experience
• NO LOCALS. Must live outside 50+ mile radius.
• RTO MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - Please be mindful of RTO requests. This is a small, critical access facility. Week long RTO requests cannot be accommodated.
