Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Senior Care
About The Position
Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during our pre-opening phase. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our agency from the very beginning. Initially, the position will be part-time and as needed while we complete licensing and prepare to begin serving clients. As our client base grows, the role is expected to transition into a regular part-time position with the opportunity for full-time employment. We are excited to bring our mission to Jupiter and are looking for an RN who wants to help build a high-quality home care agency from the ground up.
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with clinical oversight during the agency's start-up and licensing process.
- Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
- Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care.
- Help maintain compliance with Florida regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.
