Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and own transportation to make home visits.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
Prior experience in home health or hospice.
1 year acute nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Provide pediatric-specific nursing care in home settings.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
