About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a hospice leader to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for its Hospice Division. The Hospice Clinical Director will lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams, drive growth while maintaining patient-centered end-of-life care, and ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The role includes building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion; developing and mentoring leadership staff; and partnering with executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission and vision. The position is suited to a seasoned hospice leader who is strategic, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to compassionate, dignified care for patients and families.

Requirements

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills.
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization.
Ability to lead collaboratively, build trust and consensus, navigate complexity and change, and balance urgency with empathy.
