Registered Nurse RN Home Health - Part Time - Exempt
About The Position
The Registered Nurse RN Home Health performs patient visits and coordinates client care. The RN serves as the point of contact for all disciplines involved in patient care and oversees visit frequency for each episode. The RN consults with the physician and office as needed regarding patient care. Key duties include accurate OASIS collection, keeping medication profiles current, ensuring lab values are reported to the physician promptly, attending weekly case conferences, and attending monthly case manager meetings. This is a part-time salaried position working 24 hours per week over four days. It is eligible for the 60% paid days off program.
Requirements
- Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
