Requirements
- Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
- Current flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions considered)
- At least two years of home care experience
- 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Visit clients in their homes to deliver person-centered nursing care
- Complete accurate documentation to support continuity of care
- Respond to client needs with professionalism and compassion
- Build trusted relationships with clients and support their quality of life
