BAYADA offers one-to-one client care, weekly paychecks, and flexible schedules (PT and FT available, days/evenings/nights). Private duty nursing involves full shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) with one client for the entire shift, allowing nurses to work with local clients nearby with short commutes. Common diagnoses include TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. RNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills for home care.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one client care.
Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
Handle common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
