About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hybrid Clinical Designee position. This role involves one-to-one client care in a home setting, focusing on private duty nursing with common diagnoses including TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (indicated by school transcript or diploma).
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Previous PDN experience with pediatrics.
• G-tube/Trach/Vent experience.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift times.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with local clients with short commutes.
• Handle common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
• Utilize transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, and school nursing settings.
