About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking passionate and flexible nurses for hybrid roles. This non-profit organization, celebrating 50 years, offers stability and a supportive environment. Nurses will provide one-to-one client care, with opportunities for flexible scheduling (PT and FT, days/evenings/nights). The role involves working with local clients, often with short commutes, and focuses on common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. Skills transferable from hospital, long-term care, and school settings are valued.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Open to covering on weekends and nights as needed.

Nice To Haves

RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
Cover shifts on weekends and nights as needed.
Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
