About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) Float provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The RN uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills while helping create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum of care. This role floats among primary care clinics. The position is based in the Aurora Medical Group primary-care setting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 6:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.; a float premium is provided. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, and benefits eligible.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

A minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.
