About The Position

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Patient Centered Care concepts provide the foundation for all nursing care. The role provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team and demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills are required. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Minimum two years of Endoscopy, OR, or Surgery RN experience required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification at time of hire.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS certification as of start date for all nursing units except nursery; new graduate RNs must obtain it within 90 days of start date.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Manometry experience preferred.
