About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in emergency care, triage, and critical interventions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or Compact State)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (Required)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across all acuity levels in the emergency department
- Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize patient care
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Support trauma and critical care cases in a fast-paced environment
