About The Position

TMC Bonham Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital offering both inpatient and outpatient services, along with 24-hour emergency services. The Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Program aims to ensure healthcare access for rural residents, providing opportunities for service enhancement and quality improvement. Requirements

Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
One year full time experience in an acute ED setting.
RQI BLS and ACLS required.
TNCC required within 12 months.
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

Identify and competently address needs of populations served.
