About The Position
Sentara is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) at Norfolk General Hospital's special Level Up Program for our level I Emergency Department in partnership with the Medical Specialties unit, in Norfolk Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for new Grad RNs seeking to land in the Emergency Department (ED)! The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering treatments, and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- RN Degree REQUIRED
- Virginia RN License REQUIRED
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 90-days of hire
- Emergency Department (ED) Passion NEEDED!
