About The Position

Registered Nurse - PRN RN – Texas Health Heart and Vascular Bring your passion to THR so we are Better + Together!! Work location: Texas Health Heart and Vascular: 811 Wright Street Arlington, Texas 76012 Work hours: PRN; Day Shift, Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm, 6 shifts/6 week schedule, call required Department highlights: • Exclusive heart and vascular surgeries. • Growth opportunities within the unit. • Tenured team and family oriented. • Chest Pain Certified

Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma required OR Associate's Degree Nursing required OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse required
  • Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, robotic surgery experience strongly preferred
  • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required

Nice To Haves

  • Cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, robotic surgery experience strongly preferred
