Requirements
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation with willingness to travel throughout an assigned territory
Nice To Haves
- Home care, geriatrics, hospice, case management, or community-based nursing experience is preferred—but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Complete supervisory visits to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Train, coach, and support caregivers in delivering exceptional care
- Monitor client well-being and communicate changes appropriately
- Educate clients and families while serving as a trusted clinical resource
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
- Collaborate with leadership to improve quality, caregiver performance, and client outcomes
