Registered Nurse (RN), Charge | Emergency Room | Days
About The Position
Lead the ER team through critical moments and changing priorities. Coordinate patient care, assignments, and staffing throughout your shift. Work alongside a dedicated team that values collaboration and trust. Strengthen your leadership skills in a dynamic, high-impact environment. Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages. Serve as Charge Nurse, coordinating care and supervising licensed and non-licensed staff. Ensure compliance with Emergency Department nursing standards and best practices. Communicate unit needs and concerns to department leadership. Support staffing needs, including floating and on-call responsibilities as assigned. Promote safe, compassionate, and exceptional patient care—even when the pace is at its highest.
Requirements
- Current RN license in South Carolina or a compact state
- BLS & ACLS through the American Heart Association
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and critical-thinking skills
