About The Position
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Labor & Delivery) is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. This role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is organized into specific regions, and this position is for Region B. The main office is located in Arlington, TX, but the primary work location will be in Region B, which includes Denton, Flower Mound, Southlake, HEB, Arlington Memorial, Heart & Vascular, Alliance, and Azle.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- 5 Years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in the area of specialty.
- TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire.
- AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire.
- NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire or NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire.
