Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cath Lab utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. This role provides expert care and education to patients in a clinical setting, acting as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents, and manages patient loads within assigned timelines. This position is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE role with 10-hour shifts starting at 0700. The schedule involves four 10-hour shifts with no weekends, no call, and no holidays. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment to the role. This opportunity is open to external applicants who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- Two (2) year commitment to the role (for sign-on bonus)
