About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time Night shift | Atrium Health CMC 7B Cardiac Tele. This position is for nurses who enjoy long relationships with patients. Patients are implanted with devices at Atrium Health, and nurses on 7B help maintain these devices, receiving follow-up visits from patients using these devices. We are looking for a teammate who shares this affinity for quality, on-going nurse to patient relationships. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care, Adult ED.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire for Network ED, Peds ED, PICU and NICU, and other areas per unit guidelines.
6 months to a year minimum of cardiac experience.
Nurses will be trained in devices, no experience required there.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
Prefer nurses familiar with drips.

Responsibilities

Maintain devices implanted in patients.
Provide follow-up visits for patients using Atrium Health devices.
