About The Position
The Registered Nurse evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care. They deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns. The role involves performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of a registered nurse. Additionally, the nurse promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Must have RN Experience
- PA Registered Nurse License
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Heart Failure & Cardiac Unit
- Experience with peri-interventional cardiology care
- Experience with medical telemetry
- Experience with diagnoses of CHF, ACS, AMI, dysrhythmia, or syncope
