About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health. This is a Full-Time Mid Shift, Intake position with a schedule of 3x12, Mid Shift (12p-12a), and requires 4 Weekend Shifts per Month. Copper Springs - East, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. Requirements

Current state RN license
Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license
Associate's degree required

Responsibilities

Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
