Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
About The Position
This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health, with options for full-time (36hrs/week) or part-time (24hrs/week) employment. The role offers full benefits and the choice to work in either an inpatient or residential setting. There is also potential for overtime and covering various shifts. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will benefit from an excellent Mentorship Program. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for Evening or Overnight shifts. The Pavilion Behavioral Health System is a comprehensive facility including a 110-bed inpatient hospital, a residential treatment center for youth, and a residential addictions treatment program. It also offers outpatient services, a partial hospitalization program, intensive outpatient services, and The Pavilion Foundation School for students with learning disabilities and behavior disorders. Located in Champaign, IL, it is close to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus.
Requirements
- Illinois RN License (or eligibility to obtain or renew)
- New grads welcome to apply
- Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care, comfort, and security to patients and families at their most vulnerable times.
- Work within a large, nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders.
- Educate the field, exchange ideas, and review current topics within the industry.
- Grow, learn, and advance in career through Charge, Supervisor, and Nurse Manager-in-training programs and nursing executive tracks.
