Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health. This is a Full-Time FLOAT RN position, covering Intake/Admissions and Floor/Bedside RN duties. The schedule is 3x12, Days. Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Must have a current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
• Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
