About The Position

Provide compassionate behavioral health nursing care that supports patient recovery, emotional well-being, and long-term stability. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives. At International SOS Government Medical Services, you'll support healthcare programs that improve patient care and operational readiness across the U.S. and internationally. Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. You'll provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health setting, applying clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, medication management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support recovery and stabilization. You'll apply your RN skills to assess complex behavioral health needs, develop individualized nursing care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in a structured therapeutic environment. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
Ability to meet hospital onboarding and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for patients with behavioral health needs.
Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, support treatment, and monitor patient progress.
Administer medications and treatments and collect lab samples as needed.
Educate patients and families about care needs and treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and support recovery.
Supervise and support other team members as appropriate.
