Responsibilities

Maintaining census at or above budget.
Manages bed availability, accept and admits patients per established clinical capabilities.
Manages referral systems and responds to admission inquires in a timely manner.
Provides administrative support to Administrator, interfaces with Clinical RN and handles referrals from all sources.
